Q:   What are the office hours?
A:   Monday - Friday: 
8:30am - 4:00pm
      Saturday: 10:00am - 12:30pm


Q:   What is the main number to call?

Q:   How long is the term for a signed lease?
A:   Leases are for 1 year.

Q:   How much is the Security Deposit?
A:   A Security Deposit is equal to 1 month's rent 


Q: Can I pay my rent by check?
A: Yes. Make all checks payable to RRG ASPEN HOLDINGS LLC.

Q: Can I pay my rent online?
A: Yes! Just click

Q:  Are pets allowed?
A:  Pets are not allowed.


Q:   What is renter's insurance?
A:   
This is a special insurance policy that protects the contents of your apartment from loss or damage due to fire, theft, or other catastrophic events. A policy of this type is quite affordable. The premium is calculated based upon the value of your furniture and other personal possessions. 

Q:   Do I need renter's insurance?
A:   Renter's insurance is required.  We have information available for you in the office.  As is stated in our lease (and reviewed at your welcome meeting) that our insur
ance does not cover personal belongings.

Q:    What about laundry?
A:    Each unit is equipped with full-size washers and dryers.
